For instance, you have favorite font colors in Word that you want to apply on your blog template however you don’t know how to get the hex codes. For your reference, here is a step by step guide on how to do it.
Get Hex Codes of Font Colors
Step 1: Open Word application. Create a short text, highlight it then apply font color by clicking the arrow next to Font Color icon on the formatting toolbar (Home → Font)
Fill them with Blue, Accent 1, Darker 50%. For the cells with the dark blue background choose a white font color to make the text more readable.
Step 2: Again, click the arrow next to Font color icon and select ‘More Colors’.
Step 3: Go to Custom tab, set Color Model to RGB and copy the three given values (Red, Green, Blue) in Notepad, for example, Red: 237 Green: 125 Blue: 49*
*It is the RGB values of Orange, Accent 2 from Theme Colors.
Step 4: Open this link in a web browser: Convert RGB to Hex
Step 5: Enter the RGB values on the corresponding boxes. Click ‘Convert to Hex’.
Step 6: Copy the generated code.
