Installing Asterisk On Synology Ds212j

And my question is any change done after upgrade in my network settings, file browsers, and users configuration. That's a lot of leftover disk space! Since the purpose is backup, and you don't want a situation in which the backup drive fails, leaving the client with nothing, it would make a lot of sense to use mirroring, it seems to me. Synology's own RAID setup, 'Synology Hybrid Raid' is very easy to set up, and you get no data loss if one of the disks.
It's an interesting idea but I'd not do that unless you are just doing that for home. You want a fully supported PBX platform for business use, not just Asterisk 'available' on Synology. Auriga drive 360 eclipse software for court case. Synology, to the best of my knowledge, does not provide any support for Asterisk on there so any Asterisk or Synology update might cause problems and patches and updates might not be forthcoming.
Beyond that, PBXs are typically high priority and not appropriate for an SMB class NAS device. Synology is nice but this isn't a good use for it, in my opinion.
Do you not have a server to put a PBX on? What is driving you to want to consider this route?
