We believe that a stronger community is more likely to be a safe, happy place for its residents, businesses, and families to live and grow in. Community Board 5 and surrounding areas offer valuable resources which include great shopping districts such as Fordham Road, Burnside Avenue, University Avenue, Tremont Avenue, Jerome Avenue, and Grand Concourse. Also, there is a great variety of organizations in our area that offer invaluable services to our community.

Community Board 5is always looking for ways to serve you better and will continue to work to improve the quality of life in the district.
